About CompleNet

The International Conference on Complex Networks (CompleNet) brings together researchers and practitioners from diverse disciplines working on areas related to complex networks. In its 10th year, we are delighted to have the next CompleNet in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain hosted by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

Over the past two decades we have witnessed an exponential increase in the number of publications and research centers dedicated to this field. From biological systems to computer science, from technical to informational networks, from economic to social systems, complex networks are becoming pervasive for dozens of applications. It is the interdisciplinary nature of complex networks that CompleNet aims to capture and celebrate.

The CompleNet conference is one of the most cherished events by scientists in our field. Maybe it is because of its motivating format, consisting on all plenary sessions; or maybe the reason is that it finds the perfect balance between young and senior participation; or maybe it is just the quality of the work presented. Whatever your reason is, we hope that you will join us in the 10th edition of CompleNet. See you soon!

This year's location

We are proud to announce that the 2019 edition of CompleNet will take place in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.  Tarragona is a charming city with iberian, medieval and particularly roman heritage, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.  While we put together the list of speakers and arrange the logistics, why don't you take a look at this year's location?
